Cookie Policy
Last updated: 27 June 2026
This policy explains how we use cookies and similar browser storage technologies, and how you can control them.
1. Our approach
We keep this minimal. AT & Rehab uses strictly necessary browser storage to run the site (sign-in and your accessibility preferences), and Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data. Google Analytics is not strictly necessary, so where required (for example in the EU/UK) we will ask for your consent before enabling it.
2. What we store and why
- Sign-in session — when you log in, your access and refresh tokens are stored in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in. This is essential to authenticate you.
- Accessibility & display preferences — your choices for text size, theme (light / dark / high-contrast), reduced motion and Easy-Read mode are stored locally so the site remembers them.
This essential information stays in your browser and is not used to advertise to you.
3. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and usage patterns in aggregate — for example which pages are popular and roughly where visitors come from. GA4 sets cookies and processes pseudonymous identifiers, device and browser information and the pages you view. We do not use it for advertising or cross-context behavioural profiling, and we have it configured to minimise the personal data collected. Google acts as our processor and may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards (see our Privacy Policy).
You can opt out by declining analytics where a consent control is shown, by installing Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by clearing this site’s cookies. Analytics is currently enabled only in our production environment.
4. Managing storage
You can clear this data at any time by signing out, by clearing your browser’s site data for this site, or through your browser’s privacy settings. Clearing it will sign you out and reset your saved preferences.
5. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here with an updated date.
