4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, misleading or infringing content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation or professional credentials;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service;
• use the Service to provide individual medical advice or to sell products without authorisation; or
• misuse personal data of other users.

6. User content

“User content” includes reviews, community posts, assessment inputs and any material you submit. You retain ownership of your user content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are responsible for your user content and confirm you have the rights to submit it. We moderate content and may remove or edit anything that breaches these Terms, but we are not obliged to monitor all content.
